Esperanto Rd, Papatoetoe

Located in Papatoetoe, the exterior extruded stone veneer volume adds a distinctive and captivating element to the façade of this family house. Its natural grey-brown hues contrast with the surrounding timber weatherboards and axon panels, creating a visually appealing and dynamic design.

The interior spaces comprise of notable details such as the waterfall stairs and striking black painted window architraves. The kitchen in particular has been thoughtfully designed, featuring two different marble benchtops complementing the timber cabinets, all accentuated by a negative detail above.

Each element of the house was discussed and collaboratively decided upon by our design team and the clients, ensuring that this family home authentically reflects their vision.
